A. the atmosphere/environment
1. darkness to total darkness (not much light-flashlights are always a good element because it’s makes a tunnel vision perspective which makes it really intensely scary)
2. Gore/blood (blood everywhere!)
3. Dead things laying around (dead bodies, animals, monsters)
4. Different locations/places (hospitals, mental wards, graveyard, etc.)
5. Camera angles to intensify settings (vertical, zooming in on a specific object, shaky camera, etc)
6. Monster, creatures, zombies, and other demonic beings

1. No music-just sound from the environment, breathing and heartbeats, and the creatures
2. High frequency sounds drum, heartbeat like sounds whispers and chanting
